Data we store

MintChats stores your account identifier, email, saved conversations, metadata, API key hashes, and essential security records.

Authentication

Sign-in and sessions are handled by Supabase Auth. OAuth providers receive only the information required to authenticate you.

Payments

Creem handles checkout, payment methods, applicable tax, and receipts as merchant of record. MintChats stores only billing status and identifiers such as the plan, subscription status, Creem customer ID, and subscription ID; it does not receive or store your full payment details.

AI processing

When you ask MintChats to generate an AI asset pack, the title and relevant conversation content are sent to our AI processor, OpenRouter, to create a summary and reusable prompt. The generated result is saved to your content record. Private conversations are not used for public pages unless you explicitly publish them.

Sharing

Conversations are private by default. A conversation becomes publicly readable only after you explicitly set it to public.

Retention

You can delete saved conversations. Essential billing, security, and legal records may be retained where required.
